November starts next week and Fall has finally, FINALLY decided to arrive here in Waco, Texas! Cooler temperatures. Puffy jackets. Boots. So many good things that I’ve been anticipating for months!
As a season, Fall reminds us of change. This particular fall is reminding me of a lot of changes that have been swirling around our home. Kameron and I are in a new state, new town, new home, new community, new job, new school…..a lot of NEW! But as challenging as changes can be, there are beautiful glimpses of sweet joy that appear throughout. Those glimpses serve as a lifeline in the season of change and will later be cherished highlights in the memory reel. One of those joyful glimpses has been meeting Sarah Channon and her wonderful husband Cole.
Sarah and Cole were both raised in Waco and their families grew up together. When Sarah was 15, they started dating and have been looking at each other with those love-filled eyes ever since! In August of 2017, they promised each other forever and have now celebrated their second wedding anniversary with ten years together, a season in Austin, two different homes, and a Frenchie named Lennie under their belt. Not only is Sarah absolutely rockin’ it as a fine art wedding photographer, but Cole is back in school to be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – I mean power couple, am I right?!
Beyond having an epic love story and adventuring together, Sarah and Cole are some of the sweetest and happiest people we have had the pleasure of knowing! We laughed during our entire time together, shared stories, and related to each other on hat sizes, being married to a photographer & dreamy light.
It was an absolute joy and honor to capture these photos of you two! We are so thrilled to have met you and be a part of each other’s stories during our time in Waco. May you continue looking at each other like you do now for the rest of your lives and keep laughing together even more!
