On a warm June day, Macie and Keegan were joined by their closest friends and family in an intimate summer wedding where they became husband and wife. The whole celebration was beautiful from the incredible florals Lindsey created with Botanical Jane to the sweet family moments that were sprinkled throughout this special and long-anticipated day.
Macie is the youngest of Terri’s two daughters and the last one he would walk down the aisle. They shared a beautiful moment before the ceremony when Macie did a first look with her dad and they both teared up with emotion. Terri kept saying throughout the day that “Macie looks like the spitting image of her mother” who had passed away ten years ago. Feeling the weight of the absence of her mom on this significant day, Macie had touches throughout that brought her presence into her wedding day. She wrapped her mom’s pearls around her wedding bouquet and kept the first chair in the ceremony reserved with a corsage and a picture of her mom on her own wedding day.
Keegan and Macie are a couple where you can tell that they are more than just in love, they are best friends. Their close friends and family celebrated their relationship with delicious food, festive music, and an energetic dance floor through the evening. It was so much fun to capture this beautifully sweet day for them with Rachel for Sarah, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for who Macie and Keegan are together – may you continue to be best friends for the rest of your lives together!
